When you become a parent for the first time, you experience feelings of happiness you have never experienced before, as well as feelings of despair, uncertainty and worry.

From personal experience, I can very well empathize with the challenges of having a young family.

I completed the BFB Institute to support you as a family with my in-depth and holistic expertise. The combination of topics in breastfeeding, infant sleep, complementary feeding, and child development allows me to offer comprehensive advice, as these topics are often intertwined.

During a consultation, we will discuss your concerns and problems together and seek a suitable solution. My consultations take into account the needs of all family members. My core principles are rooted in attachment- and needs-oriented parenting.

I provide non-judgmental and trustworthy advice.
